Two years ago, we saw something in the RV industry that didn’t sit right with us. While big dealerships had access to world-class finance solutions, the heart an soul of our industry – the smaller, family-run dealerships – were often left to figure things out on their own.
That did not feel right. Not to us.

Founder & CEO
Bob Rose III, CEO and Founder of Warrior Performance Group LLC and Warrior Finance Team. Bob has over 28 years of experience in the RV and Auto industry. He previously held roles as a Dealer Principal, General Manager, Financial Manager, and Director of Finance at large dealerships. His company offers full disclosure finance training while managing your entire finance department remotely. Bob’s companies are known for their exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The Warrior Performance Group is dedicated to enhancing a dealerships profitability and performance.
